Who we support

Our clients include people who have built or bought homes in Kenya, those who support family members living in the property, and those who own rental or investment properties.

What they have in common is that they want a reliable, straightforward way to manage their property from a distance, with someone they can contact easily if something needs to be done.

  • Homeowners living permanently overseas
  • Families supporting relatives in Kenya
  • Investors with one or more rental properties
  • People planning to return in future but with property already in place

How we work with you

We begin by understanding your property, who is using it and what you would like help with. From there, we agree a simple arrangement that sets out what we will do and how we will communicate with you.

You decide how involved you want to be in day-to-day decisions. Some clients prefer us to handle most matters within agreed limits; others want us to check in before each step.

What we can take off your plate

Depending on your needs, we can support a range of areas, including tenant issues, maintenance, basic checks on the property and general coordination with people on the ground.

Our aim is not to replace your connection with the property, but to make the practical side more manageable.

Communication

You will have clear contact details and a named person to speak to. We agree how often you would like updates and what should be reported.

Visibility

Where appropriate, we can provide short written summaries or basic photo updates, so you have a record of what is happening over time.

Reassurance

Knowing that someone is paying attention on your behalf can make a real difference, especially when you are far away and busy with other responsibilities.
